Randall Steketee

Randall Steketee is the founder of the Steketee Law Firm. His area of expertise is in real estate law, estate planning, and personal injury. Mr. Steketee represents purchasers and sellers in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Steketee has been instrumental in many large-scale, exclusive, and luxury real estate transactions.

Prior to starting his firm, Mr. Steketee was employed by Fischbein, Badillo, Wagner and Harding as well as Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft, where he represented various lending institutions financing major commercial transactions all over the United States.

At the Steketee Law Firm, Mr. Steketee has expanded his focus to include civil litigation, representing property management firms and personal injury clients in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Steketee’s practice has grown to include guidance on estate planning including trusts (revocable, irrevocable, ILITs) and regularly guiding clients in business and personal estate plans.

A graduate of Skidmore College and New York Law School, Mr. Steketee is admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
